A cultural project at the intersection of specialty coffee, independent music, literature, and experimental sound. Born in Tbilisi. Broadcast worldwide.
Au Lait Radio began as a conversation between two friends over a cup of Beanbourbon's darkest roast. One was a musician. The other was a writer. Both were frustrated by the algorithmic flattening of culture.
What started as a weekly playlist shared among friends grew into something larger — an independent radio station built on the belief that curation is an act of love, that literature deserves airtime, and that the best cultural experiences happen when you least expect them.
Today, Au Lait Radio broadcasts three distinct channels from our studio in Tbilisi, reaching listeners across Georgia and beyond.
Every track is chosen by a human being with taste, intention, and something to say.
We believe the ritual of coffee is inseparable from the cultural experience.
Poetry, essays, and philosophical conversation have a place on the radio.
Experimental composition and ambient soundscapes are not filler. They are the foreground.
Au Lait Radio is a cultural project powered by Beanbourbon Roasters — Tbilisi's premier specialty coffee roastery. Every broadcast is fueled by their beans.
This is more than sponsorship. It is a shared philosophy: that quality requires patience, that craft deserves attention, and that the best things in life are meant to be experienced slowly.
